Next month, I'm hopping a plane to visit a friend in Los Angeles. I made these cookies for her baby shower not quite two years ago. Her husband is literally a rocket scientist, so the theme was space.

Hubby has made a request for cookies, and I have about three weeks to come up with a new design that is NASA-scientist approved.
